DOES EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION IMPROVE EFL STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION?

چکیده
The aim of this study was to improve students’ reading comprehension using explicit instruction. Two-cycles classroom action research applied in conducting study. involved fourty-eight (48) 8th grade students a private junior high school Denpasar, Bali. In the process collecting data, researcher administered pre-test and post-test find difference on before after being taught instruction method. A questionnaire also order out response along teaching learning process. results indicate that could significantly. It supported by data discovered positive method used.
